Easy to follow up on previously approved invoices<\/h3>\n

In spring 2024, NAB took over Kebni\u2019s Business Central Online solution. As part of the project, the Exflow app was also implemented to handle vendor invoices in an automated and efficient way. Kebni has benefited greatly from Exflow, which has simplified and improved the handling of vendor invoices in Business Central.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith Exflow, we have full control over invoice approvals, and it\u2019s easy to send invoices out for review and approval,\u201d explains Susanne Nystr\u00f6m at Kebni, one of the system users.<\/p>\n

\u201cThose responsible receive email notifications about what needs to be approved online,\u201d<\/em> she continues, \u201cand approvers can make adjustments directly to the project code and selected business area or department. In addition, it\u2019s easy to follow up on previously approved invoices.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\n\n\n\n\n

As part of the project takeover, a \u201cLessons Learned\u201d exercise was carried out together with NAB Solutions. Although there were some challenges during the project, there were also many positive aspects to highlight.
