Moving to the cloud has enabled us to achieve our goals over time<\/h3>\n

This is how Marcus Svan, Accounting Manager at Neonode, describes it:<\/p>\n

\u201cWe needed a modern ERP solution to build on in order to achieve our goals of improving our processes. We wanted high\u2011quality financial reporting, as we have particularly high requirements (being listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange in New York), and we wanted to become a better partner to other departments within our organization. Moving to the cloud has given us the opportunity to achieve our goals over time.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

An excellent collaboration drove an efficient project<\/h3>\n

\u201cThe project was carried out very efficiently. It took approximately two months from start to finish, and the collaboration worked extremely well. NAB was very good at keeping track of everything that needed to be done and in what order, as well as communicating this clearly to us. We had engaged an external project manager on our side, as we didn\u2019t have sufficient time or expertise to drive the project to completion within the short timeframe required. At the final meeting with NAB, it was nothing but praise exchanged between both parties,\u201d<\/em> Marcus explains.<\/p>\n

\u201cNAB was particularly strong at\u2014together with us\u2014setting clear boundaries for the project scope during the project and quickly determining what could be accomplished within the project and which improvements or solutions needed to be postponed to a later stage. For us, this resulted in an extremely fast implementation with high quality, as well as a number of well\u2011defined improvement projects that we can carry out over the coming year,<\/em>\u201d Marcus concludes.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\n\n

\u201cThis was a project that moved quickly\u2014from first contact to having six different companies live across multiple countries, it took just under two months. The implementation covered accounting, invoicing, fixed assets, and vendor invoice payments and approvals. This was possible thanks to strong collaboration, where the customer had solid knowledge of the system and we had deep expertise in our packaged Business Central Start concept.
