Courtyard by Marriott Stockholm is an 8-story hotel offering over 270 rooms on Kungsholmen in Stockholm. The hotel operation is run by the company SHG Courthotel Lindhagensplan, and the hotel is part of the hotel chain Marriott International, which is present worldwide. The hotel is located just outside the city center and can offer the best of both worlds, the tranquility of Rålambshovsparken and the pulse of the city. Here, hotel operations with restaurant services and conference facilities are offered.

Customer Service handles a multitude of cases daily. With the help of an Outlook integration, cases are automatically created in Customer Service Professional when a customer emails Serit Nidaros. Any consulting time associated with a resolved case is directly recorded in the app, and this time is synced to Business Central without any manual intervention.

In Sales Professional, for example, they keep track of which services customers have and what the next steps will be. The customer registry between the different platforms is synchronized, and there’s never any concern about incorrect information in any of the apps. Serit Nidaros got started with a Streamline Start solution of Customer Service and Sales Professional.

Creon Promotion develops a complete range of sustainable promotional products and workwear for its customers in more than 100 countries.

About half a year ago, Creon transitioned from NAV2016 to Business Central Online and is currently in the process of implementing Power BI, which will assist Creon in analysis and monitoring. Thanks to the move to the cloud, they have also been able to leverage new technology like Power Automate to automate workflows within their operations.
