“ATV SWEDEN is an expanding trading group consisting of several subsidiaries across three business areas: ATVs, Marine, and Electric Vehicles. The operations include sales in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, and Poland, with a market‑leading position in all of these countries,” explains Micke Anderzon.
“Sales of the company’s products are carried out through dealers in each country. In addition, the business offers a broad range of accessories for different environments across its various business areas. The company holds exclusive rights to several world‑leading brands, including CF MOTO, KAYO, ALLOYCRAFT, TALARIA, as well as its own brand, BLACK WOLF.”
ATV SWEDEN found itself in a situation where growth had outpaced its ERP system.
“We had outgrown our existing ERP system and needed a modern, compatible business system that would allow us to run B2B e‑commerce.”
The company was looking for a new solution that could eliminate previous manual processes, streamline operations, and create traceability and control.
That’s when NAB entered the picture. “We were recommended NAB by a supplier of our webshop while we were searching for a solution at the same time. We gained confidence in NAB, and it felt like the right partner to work with.”

When ATV SWEDEN needed to modernize and streamline its business workflows, NAB stepped in with a solution that brought increased order and structure to a complex organization.
We created an automated integration that streamlines the entire order flow—from web orders to picking and delivery. Each order is handled based on warehouse location, shipping costs are charged automatically, and inventory availability is checked on all order lines. Are the items in stock? The order goes straight to picking. For customers using prepayment invoicing, this is also handled fully automatically.
Two countries, two databases—but one unified business flow. Together with Golden EDI, we created a solution where items and all related information are automatically synchronized from Sweden to Norway. Norwegian web orders are handled centrally from Sweden and result in an automated purchase order to Sweden and a sales order to the end customer in Norway. In addition, the Norwegian company can place purchase orders directly to Sweden, which are automatically received and processed in the Swedish environment—completely without manual handling.
With NAB’s solutions, ATV SWEDEN now has transparency and control at every step—from order and inventory management to delivery and invoicing.
