We wanted high‑quality financial reporting, as we have particularly high requirements (being listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange in New York), and we wanted to become a better partner to other departments within our organization. An excellent collaboration drove an efficient project

“The project was carried out very efficiently. It took approximately two months from start to finish, and the collaboration worked extremely well. NAB was very good at keeping track of everything that needed to be done and in what order, as well as communicating this clearly to us. We had engaged an external project manager on our side, as we didn’t have sufficient time or expertise to drive the project to completion within the short timeframe required. At the final meeting with NAB, it was nothing but praise exchanged between both parties,” Marcus explains.

“NAB was particularly strong at—together with us—setting clear boundaries for the project scope during the project and quickly determining what could be accomplished within the project and which improvements or solutions needed to be postponed to a later stage. For us, this resulted in an extremely fast implementation with high quality, as well as a number of well‑defined improvement projects that we can carry out over the coming year,” Marcus concludes.
