An exciting business solution built on multiple apps from Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform

Since 2018, Indukta has been working with NAB and Business Central, operating in the cloud and handling daily purchasing, invoicing, and accounting in Business Central. About a year ago, they expanded their solution by adding the Sales application, which is synchronized with Business Central. Indukta has also chosen to streamline sales and operational workflows using Power Automate, resulting in an exciting solution built on multiple apps and the latest technology from Microsoft.

“Investing in Sales is a way to future‑proof our solution”

Today, Indukta uses Sales to organize customers and plan its sales activities—who has which role at the customer, and who should be contacted for which task. Sales has also been integrated with a map feature that helps better plan service and sales trips for the business.

“It was a smooth implementation where the synchronization between Business Central and Sales worked—and continues to work—very well. Previously, we used another sales tool, but we chose to switch to Sales to have our solutions integrated and avoid working in separate databases. Another reason we chose to switch to Sales is the strong future potential we see in the system, especially with AI. Investing in Sales is therefore a way to future‑proof our solution,” explains Christian Stjärnerud, CEO and Head of Sales at Indukta..

“There are countless processes within companies that the Power products can solve”

Christian was early to start testing the Power Platform technology himself. He created smaller flows to streamline manual processes while minimizing the risk of errors. For more advanced flows, NAB has provided support.

“I believe there are countless processes within companies that the Power products can help with,” Christian explains. “For example, we have a flow related to form collection, where a form is filled out and then sent to the right person—and can also be published in Teams. The collaboration with NAB feels secure, and we feel confident relying on NAB as a partner,” Christian concludes.
