Agile approach

We work agile in all our projects. This means breaking them down into smaller parts, allowing us to stay flexible throughout the project. As a result, our large projects run just as smoothly as our smaller ones.

How an ERP system is implemented

Pre‑study

We analyze your processes and business to define how your solution should be designed and built.

Sprint planning

We break the project into sprints so you can plan the right resources at the right time and know exactly what is being developed and in what order. We also support continuous testing throughout the process.

Four‑week sprints

Each sprint typically lasts four weeks and includes development, evaluation, and testing. After every sprint, completed functionality is released into production — making the final go‑live much smoother than delivering everything at the very end.

Go‑live and continued development

The solution is tested during every sprint, followed by end‑to‑end testing before go‑live. Once live, we continue with further development and adaptations based on your needs and priorities.

After go-live, NAB remains by your side — as a partner, not just a one-time vendor. We believe in long-term collaboration and always aim to work together to move your business forward.

At NAB Solutions, we’re more than a vendor — we’re a partner. That means we start with your business, not the product. We focus on understanding your needs, goals, and challenges to create solutions that actually solve them, rather than selling features you don’t need.

The licensing model in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is flexible and based on how different people in the organization use the system. Instead of a single license type, there are different tiers that provide access to different functionality.

This means that users who work extensively in the system — for example with finance, sales, or inventory — have a more comprehensive license, while other users can have a simpler license to register information or view data.

The licenses are also subscription-based, meaning they are paid per user, per month. This makes it easier to scale the number of users up or down as the business evolves.

Because Business Central is part of Microsoft Dynamics 365, it also works seamlessly with other Microsoft solutions, such as Microsoft 365. This allows organizations to combine different systems and licenses depending on their needs.

In short, the licensing model is designed to provide the right level of functionality to the right users, so the company only pays for what is actually used.
