In spring 2024, NAB took over Kebni’s Business Central Online solution. As part of the project, the Exflow app was also implemented to handle vendor invoices in an automated and efficient way. Kebni has benefited greatly from Exflow, which has simplified and improved the handling of vendor invoices in Business Central.
“With Exflow, we have full control over invoice approvals, and it’s easy to send invoices out for review and approval,” explains Susanne Nyström at Kebni, one of the system users.
“Those responsible receive email notifications about what needs to be approved online,” she continues, “and approvers can make adjustments directly to the project code and selected business area or department. In addition, it’s easy to follow up on previously approved invoices.”

As part of the project takeover, a “Lessons Learned” exercise was carried out together with NAB Solutions. Although there were some challenges during the project, there were also many positive aspects to highlight. Erik Wiberg, VP Head of IS and Quality at Kebni, was involved and enabled the transition.
“The kickoff workshop was necessary and appreciated, and we feel that NAB Solutions has a high level of expertise in Business Central process flows. We also thought the follow‑up through Customer Care after the project was completed was very good,” he explains.
“The reason we chose to switch to NAB Solutions as our partner was their strong references, positive impression, and long presence in the market,” Erik Wiberg concludes.
