Dessa licensvillkor utgör bindande villkor, där generella villkor återfinns i Huvudavtalet, Terms of Service.

Kunden kan när som helst utfärda nya beställningar för tjänster under gällande avtal.
Dessa villkor träder i kraft från och med det datum respektive licens har tagits i bruk och i enlighet med de licensvillkor som fastställts av respektive leverantör.
Samtliga priser är exklusive moms.
Priser kan komma att justeras under avtalsperioden.

För licenser bundna på längre än en månads bindningstid, krävs betalning i förskott.
NAB tillhandahåller till kunden de licenser som beställs och förhåller sig till respektive leverantörs licensvillkor.
Inom rimlig tid efter mottagande och godkännande av en giltig beställning från kunden för tjänster, kommer NAB att tillhandahålla tjänsterna till förmån för kunden.
Kunden godkänner och accepterar vid var tid gällande licensvillkor, från samtliga leverantörer enligt de licenser kunden valt att köpa. Kunden ansvarar för att hålla sig informerad om vid var tid gällande avtal och villkor.

The Client may at any time place new orders for services under the current agreement.
These terms shall take effect from the date on which each respective license is activated, and in accordance with the license terms established by the respective vendor.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Prices may be adjusted during the contract period.

For pricing related to third-party products, refer to the respective vendor’s website.
For licenses with a commitment period of longer than one month, payment is required in advance.
NAB will provide the Client with the licenses ordered and comply with the applicable license terms of each respective vendor.
Within a reasonable time after receiving and approving a valid order from the Client, NAB will deliver the services for the benefit of the Client.
The Client agrees to and accepts the current license terms from all applicable vendors, based on the licenses the Client has chosen to purchase. The Client is responsible for always staying informed of the current agreements and conditions.
