What is Dynamics 365 Sales
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales is a comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) solution designed to streamline sales processes, enhance productivity, and foster stronger customer relationships. Sales is a CRM solution from Microsoft and one of the business applications in Dynamics 365. CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management, focusing on customer care and actively building relationships with customers. Sales is part of the Dynamics 365 ‘CRM suite’ called Customer Engagement, which consists of five different apps providing comprehensive CRM support to businesses. Sales is part of Dynamics 365 and can therefore easily integrate with other applications from Microsoft’s product portfolio.
